Hey! 🙂 Its been a week since my post about slowly detaching myself from nicotine. I’m gonna entitle my posts about this as “Quitter’s Dilemma” from now on.
Anyway, here’s how the first week went..
Day 1 wasn’t really successful… Nor any of the days. I wasn’t able to achieve my goal of cutting down to 8-10 sticks a day. Although, I know I’ve been trying to refrain from smoking whenever I wanted to.
Remarks: Cutting down is fucking hard to do. But.. If I wanted to live longer, I’d have to. Determination and motivation are all I need.
